The staff are encouraged and empowered to build the culture they want to work in. Initiatives are driven from the bottom up at SkyBox, developed from within the team and supported by the studio. There are a number of training and learning initiatives run in the studio, including mentorship programs and learning lunches. We have a wealth of knowledge available within the studio, and we believe strongly in sharing it and supporting one another.
The studio invests in the team’s well being and social groups and activities are encouraged. Many teams and groups gather throughout the day: playing games, going for the daily coffee walk, enjoying a lunch adventure, etc. You can always find someone willing to play a boardgame in our office.
