We are excited to announce our next tournament, The TASTEE ROYALE: Guns & Gladiators. The tournament will be an asynchronous PvP single-elimination bracket tournament. Signups will be open for the next 3 weeks, and we’ll be announcing the tournament bracket on Monday, April 17th.
The TASTEE ROYALE: Guns & Gladiators: The tournament begins and ends in our newest map, the Backyard Colosseum – a makeshift arena built for both long-range combat and close-quarter skirmishes. The new map will be added to the game in our next update, and will be available as DLC. If you’d like to test it out, the beta-version is available for free to everyone in the TASTEE Elite. Age of Empires II HD: Patch 5.3 Open Beta Available Now!
Thank you for participating in the Open Beta Program! Based on your ongoing feedback we have identified a few additional AI improvements which we would like to include before full release. As a result, we will be rolling the Patch 5.2 improvements forward and combining them with the new Patch 5.3 fixes, being made available now.
We want to continue to provide info about the road ahead as we maintain focus on community issues and bug fixes. For what’s coming next, please take a look at this future patch plans discussion thread!
